Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed online through our website. We do not accept orders via phone. text message, or social media direct messages.

Small orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

Large orders must be placed 4-7 days in advance, depending on the quantity requested.

If a date is not visible on the website, it means that date is currently unavailable for ordering.

Custom platter requests are not accepted. Customers must order from our set menu.

Pickup Information

Please arrive at your selected pickup time.

If you choose a 3:30 PM pickup, you are expected to arrive at 3:30 PM.
You will be notified if your order is running behind schedule. -
Pickup location: Gatineau, Quebec (Plateau area).
The full pickup address will be sent via email titled "Flour Queen Pastries-Pickup Address" after payment has been received.
Payment Information

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

Payment must be made via Interac E-transfer. Orders will not be confirmed until payment is received.

If payment is not received promptly, the order may be declined or canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Refunds are not issued in full. A partial refund may be provided, and the applicable percentage will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
